The Canada Economic Forum is proud to present a special event featuring the co-chairs of the City of Toronto Economic and Culture Recovery Advisory Group: Deputy Mayor Michael Thompson (Chair, Economic and Community Development Committee, and Councillor, Ward 21, Scarborough Centre) and Blake Goldring (Executive Chairman, AGF Management Limited).
Like all members of the Advisory Group, Deputy Mayor Thompson and Mr. Goldring are participating in a personal capacity – and like all members, they are motivated by the belief that Toronto can build back from the COVID-19 pandemic stronger than ever before.
In this special presentation, Deputy Mayor Thompson and Mr. Goldring present the recommendations of the Advisory Group at a high level. Viewers interested in further information can read the report in its entirety, or the five pieces contributed to the Toronto Star by Advisory Group members (links can be found below).
Should any viewers have questions, comments or ideas to contribute, the Advisory
Group would like to hear from you. Please contact the Deputy Mayor at councillor_thompson@toronto.ca, and know that your voice will be heard and shared with the larger group.
